We offer a refund only for manufacturing defects if you contact us within 7 days of product delivery.
- To start the process, email us at derek@dumbodog.com with the subject “Refund Request for [Your Order No.]”
- Please provide clear photos or a video showing the defects, and also describe the issue.
Do note that we do not offer refunds for incorrect shipping details or if you ordered the wrong size. So please check your order before paying.
